1. Get free softphone and account from BudgetSIP. (CLICK HERE FOR FREE ACCOUNT SETUP)
2. Log in to BudgetSIP account.
3. Click on "Client settings" .
4. Click on "Change my BudgetSIP user profile".
5. Enter up to 5 phone numbers (in "Phone numbers" box) that you want to call out using your account. These numbers remain active until you change them.
6. Calling from any of your designated phone numbers in the US, dial 1-646-652-0455 (in New York). You will be instructed to dial out. Then you will hear a dial tone. Dial your number this way: 00, then Country Code (i.e., 4 for the UK, 33 for France or 81 for Japan), then Area Code (smaller countries may not have area codes), then phone number. Example: To call the England, dial 00-44-XXXX-XXXXXX. That's it! Your account is charged only about 1.7c per minute.
NOTE: The caller ID of your designated phone numbers must be switched on (even temporarily) to use this service.
